Kelley Alexander, Ph.D., serves as Co-Leader of Transformative Action at Be Present, Inc., sharing organizational leadership with Margherita Vacchiano under Be Present’s collaborative leadership model, and is a member of the Be Present Consulting Consortium. Over more than 20 years in the nonprofit, corporate, and higher-education sectors, she has supported institutions and leaders to build individual and collective leadership grounded in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) and in transformative communications.

Kelley's expertise spans conflict resolution and change management; user-experience research and design; facilitation; teaching and curriculum development; media communications and content strategy; and transmedia storytelling. Kelley is also Co-Founder and Owner of Center of the Heart. Previously, she served as Director and University Ombudsperson at Georgia State University and as Executive Director of Charis Books. A Certified Mediator, she holds a Master’s degree in Conflict Management and a Ph.D. in Communication.
