Jocelyn Taylor, MPH, serves as the Communication Specialist at Be Present, Inc. A strategic communications leader and behavioral scientist with more than 17 years of experience in the nonprofit and public health sectors, they help organizations sharpen their brand voice, build trust with community members, and translate complex research and information into messages people can act on.

Jocelyn's expertise spans message strategy and brand development; behavioral science and research translation; digital communications and content strategy; and stigma reduction and community engagement. Prior to Be Present, they worked in federal service leading national HIV communications initiatives for more than a decade. Jocelyn holds a Master of Public Health in Behavioral Sciences and Health Education from Emory University's Rollins School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Agnes Scott College.
