Robin Ferguson serves as the Finance and Administrative Manager. Robin is an accomplished finance and administrative leader with more than 30 years of leadership experience supporting nonprofit, educational, and public sector organizations. With expertise in financial management, budgeting, human resources, organizational development, and operations, Robin has successfully led accounting functions, payroll administration, grant management, contract oversight, policy development, and strategic planning. Throughout a distinguished career, Robin has been a part of teams that build efficient systems, strengthen organizational infrastructure, and provide trusted leadership and support to executive teams, boards of directors, and staff.

Grounded in a collaborative leadership style and a commitment to service, Robin combines technical expertise with a people-centered approach to organizational excellence. Holding a Master of Arts in Leadership and Innovation in Ministry and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Robin brings both strategic insight and compassion to every role.
