Registration FAQs

Setting Up Your Be Present Account

  1. Click the Login link at the top of the page. 
  2. If you have not established a user account yet, click the Register button and follow the instructions to create a username and password by completing the form with your name and other information. 
  3. Check I am not a robot.
  4. Click the Register button to create your account.

Logging in to Your Be Present Account

  1. Click on the Account link at the top of the page.
  2. Enter your Username and Password.
  3. Click the Login button.

Changing Your Be Present Account Password

  1. Login to your Be Present Account using the instructions above. 
  2. Click on the Account link to see the dropdown options.
  3. Click on the Change Password link. 
  4. Enter your current password. Then enter the new password you want, and confirm the new password. 
  5. Click the Submit button.
  6. Login with your new password to ensure that it works. 

Forgot your password to the website?

  1. Click the Login link at the top of the page. 
  2. Enter your Username.
  3. Click the Reset Password button. 
  4. Enter your email address to the reset the password. 
  5. Click the Submit buttton. 
  6. Check your email for a link to reset your password. Then follow the instructions. 

Registering for an Event

  1. Login to your Be Present account. 
  2. Click on the Events link at the top of the page. 
  3. Scroll to the click on the Event for which you are registering.
  4. Scroll down to the Registration header on the page.
  5. Enter all of your information. (If you have registered for a previous event, your information should appear saved in the fields.)
  6. Select whether you are paying your FULL registration fees today or pay in installments.
  7. Enter the registration fees you will pay for your registation. 
  8. Enter the date by which your registration fees will be paid in full. 
  9. Click the Submit Change button.
  10. Scroll down to the Payment header on the page. 
  11. Click the Make a Payment button.
  12. Click to select a Payment Method.
  13. Enter an amount that you will pay. 
  14. Enter any notes in the Notes field. Notes include if you are paying in installments, etc.
  15. Click the Submit button to display the Credit Card Payment Form.
  16. Enter your name and credit or debit card information. 
  17. Click the Pay button. 

Paying Your Registration Fees in Installments

  1. Login to your Be Present account. 
  2. Click on the Events link at the top of the page. 
  3. Scroll to the click on the Event for which you have registered.
  4. Scroll down to the Registration header on the page. Since you have registered for the event, your information should appear saved in the fields.
  5. Click the Submit Change button.
  6. Scroll down to the Payment header on the page. 
  7. Click the Make a Payment button.
  8. Click to select a Payment Method.
  9. Enter an amount that you will pay. 
  10. Enter any notes in the Notes field. Notes include if you are paying in installments, etc.
  11. Click the Submit button to display the Credit Card Payment Form.
  12. Enter your name and credit or debit card information. 
  13. Click the Pay button.

Registering Another Adult for an Event

Each adult must register themselves for an event, unless you have the Username and Password of the individual you are registering. If so, follow the instructions for Registering for an Event above. 

Transportation

By Car: Please use your favorite GPS navigation tool to map your driving route. Please plan to arrive at Forrest Hills by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 22. Dinner will begin at 6:00 p.m.

By Air: Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). Forrest Hills is a 1 ½ to 2 ½ hour drive north, depending on traffic. Please make flight arrangements so that you can arrive at Forrest Hills by 4:00 p.m.  Please schedule your departure flight for 6:00 p.m. ET or after to allow you sufficient travel time to the ATL airport.
