Family Engagement Programs

Children & Youth Learning & Play Program creates intentional opportunities for children, youth and adults to collaborate, learn, play and carry out common goals. Youth voice and leadership is central in all programming and guiding the strategic direction of the organization. Children and youth participate in Be Present Support Groups, Regional Organizing Core Groups and serve as Advisors to the Board.

Be Present Family Camp engages a diversity of families to strengthen relationships, build trust and community, improve communication, and help family members transform challenging moments into learning opportunities. 

Mothers & Sons/Daughters & Fathers Workshop explores the issues that have an impact on our interactions and allow us to build conscious relationships that lead to better understanding and appreciation with the men and boys in women and girls’ lives.
