IMA SCHOLARSHIP FUND
In honor and celebration of the life and loving generous spirit of Ruth Ries, Be Present, Inc. and Noa Mohlabane are proud to establish the Ima Scholarship Fund (Ima is the Hebrew word for mother).
This scholarship fund provides financial support to anyone wishing to attend Be Present, Inc. activities and trainings and join a community of diverse people committed to transforming the world, one voice at a time.
In order for funds to support as many people as possible to participate, scholarship awards will be partial. Support will be given for people to either contribute or raise at least part of the fee themselves whenever possible - and for scholarships to be allocated at the low end of our sliding scale.
“Preference would be that the funds be used to support new people and people who are deepening their involvement in Be Present to come. While the fund does not prohibit support for Core Group members, I really want to support us oldies to keep developing our fundraising skills.” – Noa Mohlabane
